• Prepare Bills of Material from customer drawings or in-house designs.
• Provide technical support during fabrication phase in areas of machining, welding, and assembly.
• Provide technical support for outsourced parts fabrication.
• Collaborate with cross functions to ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost goals are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects as part of the lean manufacturing transformation.
• To use engineering tools to test and implement efficiencies in quality, manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
• To provide customer support/liaise/coordinate/follow-up with external customers on assigned projects.
• To monitor project deliverables.
• To facilitate collection of customer requirements during RFQ stage for design projects.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and carry out drafting or 3D modelling work.
• Possesses good knowledge of machining processes and technologies.
• Possesses good project management and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, NX and GD&T.
• Experience with CNC machining and machine measurement will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

✅ATE Test Program Design and Development for new products (Production and Characterization Test)

✅Design/Develop Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard

✅Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc

✅Solid digital and mixed-signal programming experience on ATE using C++/VB language, and scripting

✅Monitor and manage production test yields, maverick lots, engineering lots

✅Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (HW and SW)

✅Establish cost-effective production test solutions

✅Develop team technical competency.

✅Build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution.

✅Conduct product test and releases review, approve the test program releases.

✅Maintain and improve the product test process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechantronic/Electronics
• 5-yrs ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB)
• Experience in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard)
• Knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test)
• Hands-on development experience is must with Teradyne J750, Uflex ATE testers, IG-XL test
• Development experience in Chroma and other main stream testers is advantageous
• Development experience with Teradyne ATE testers, Chroma and other main stream testers.
