Job Description:
- Work with Food Production team, liaise with customers (Individual and restaurants) for ordering
- Arrange logistic for order delivery
- Answer cusotmer query and handle complains
- Plan daily/weekly/monthly production plan to ensure orders are all fulfiled
- Prepare duty roster to ensure enough manpower
- Place purchase order based on the production needs
- Month end stock counting
- Ensure safety of workplace
Requirement:
- Holding Diploma and above qualification
- Advanced skill in MS Office
- Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
- Communication and Interpersonal skill
- Must have Food Hygiene Certificate
