Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational tasks including monitoring, liaising, dispatching, and closing day-to-day issues and works within the Fault Management Center.
• Escalate any abnormalities and outstanding works to the Team Leader for further action.
• Maintain clear and effective communication in English with all stakeholders.

• Utilize domain expertise in Building Management/Facilities Management to enhance fault detection and resolution processes.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’/‘N’ level with pass in English language
• At least two (2) year of relevant experience dealing with customers at frontline and call centre experience.
• Good communication skills in English, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
• Have good documentation practice.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviors

Job Description:

• Report to the Group Finance Director, managing financial accounting operations, reporting, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing and enforcing internal control policies and procedures.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports, and budget variance analyses for the Group.
• Ensure all financial, accounting, and analytical reports comply with management policies and accounting standards.
• Present financial insights in management and board meetings.
• Oversee relationships with external auditors for financial audits.
• Prepare and submit GST returns, ensuring compliance.
• Review CIT returns prepared by the Tax Agent.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of the annual budget for presentation to management.
• Manage the costing function for manufacturing activities in Singapore.
• Supervise accounting staff both locally and internationally, ensuring comprehensive accounting functions are fulfilled.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience, including manufacturing costing and supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional certification (CA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.

Position: Test Technician (Mechanical Assembly); 12 months Renewable Contract

Venue: Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-530pm

Summary:

Responsible for performing assemble and troubleshooting mechanical parts to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and/or rough sketches or drawings.
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by test engineers.
• Collaborate with company TMs for collection of parts from Fab decon room
• Dismantling of parts from the assemblies and pack to send to external vendor for cleaning
• Perform assemblies cleaning in chemical hood
• Cleaning of metal parts using chemical (10/90 IPA) and DI water
• Assemblies rebuild
• Testing for rebuild parts through Helium leak test and Testing station (valves)
• Perform daily PM on working areas and dispose of scrapped parts and solvent waste

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent related field or experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing field and Mechanical troubleshooting will be prefer.
• Work accordingly to SOP, training will be given.
