Our client, a well-known MNC company is looking for candidates for the Legal Specialist position.

Responsibilities: -

• Provide legal support for daily operation, as well as projects assigned as person in charge (such as legal research and writing, drafting, proofreading, reviewing and arranging for execution of relevant contracts, creation and update of templates and the like)
• Provide refresher training for sales members in ASEAN + India on Purchase Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements and any relevant contracts to improve their awareness with regards to the potential legal risks
• Proactively address legal issues with legal firms including disputes, litigation, and any regulatory matters that might affect business in ASEAN + India
• Conduct compliance trainings relating to anti-cartel, anti-corruption, anti-fraud, conflicts of interest, whistleblowing and the like, and review relevant materials as appropriate
• Management of whistleblowing system as window person and supporting investigations of reports via such system and other major misconducts by employees if any
• Review and revise internal rules related to compliance
• Look into latest information on legal matters including revisions of laws and regulations in ASEAN + India, and provide such information to our affiliates therein
• Advice and support to external audits on legal domain
• Assist in improving work efficiency to current administration structure
• Dealing with regulatory matters including correspondence with regulators and regulatory examinations of Security Export Control regulations
• Guidance and training for young legal staff through sharing of experience

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in legal field, international business or equivalent
• Minimum 4-7 years of legal experience working in law firms or as an in-house legal and compliance
• Experience on advising on intellectual property and information security matters
• Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, Excel and especially Word)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to multi-task and self-motivated individual under a challenging work environment

The Production Engineer will be part of a multi-disciplined team, providing support to the production elements of the Infrastructure Version 2 (IV2) applications. The role is centred on application support and requires a wide range of technical skills.

You will join the team that provides a platform that aims to be one one-stop shop for the production and consumption of community-driven digital services. These services range from providing on-demand compute resources to analytics platforms and DevOps utilities. This includes the support and project deliveries of the platform itself as well as onboarding new digital offerings into the platform.

Position Overview:

As a Production Engineer, you will support the Infrastructure Version 2 (IV2) applications, focusing on application support and a variety of technical tasks. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and Business IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and enhancement of digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business cases for onboarding onto the IV2 platform.
• Provide end-to-end support from POC to production.
• Monitor, manage, and improve production environment performance.
• Customize production tools for monitoring, deployment, and scheduling.
• Contribute to technical projects, including architecture review and system migrations.
• Provide feedback and propose solutions for performance and capacity issues.
• Respond to incidents and resolve issues promptly.

Technical Skills:

• Strong system administration skills in Linux/Unix and knowledge of Windows systems.
• Understanding of global infrastructure, networking, and firewalls.
• Experience with load balancing technologies (e.g., F5 Big-IP).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., ITRS Geneos).
• Automation skills with tools like Ansible and BMC BladeLogic.
• Programming and scripting skills in Python, Perl, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with log indexing products such as Splunk and Elastic Search.
