As an Executive, Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and maintain the facilities at assigned clinics, collaborating closely with contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Ensure that preventive, corrective maintenance, and ad-hoc tasks are completed according to requirements and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and contractor performance evaluations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Gather and consolidate user requirements for projects, ensuring completion within budget and on schedule.
• Ensure proper administration and documentation are maintained to support all maintenance activities and projects.
• Assist in ensuring facility management and security meet ESS and OHSAS certification standards.
• Support the development of new clinic facilities.
• Respond promptly to alarms or critical faults.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the department.

Requirement:

• Possess a Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building/ Engineering in related field
• Possess a Fire Safety Manager certification will be an advantage.

As a Senior Facilities Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversees and be responsible for the daily clinic operations in clinic facilities matters
• Ensure clinic continuous and uninterrupted service
• Managing clinic infrastructural assets, fitting, fixtures etc.
• Attend to calls/queries pertaining to clinic facilities' issues
• Ensure sufficient stock if replacement is needed
• Investigate and generating reports
• Provide guidance to juniors when required
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Building Services, M&E, or a similar discipline
• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the healthcare industry will be advantageous
