Job Description:
Manage and oversee all construction, renovation, A&A, infrastructure improvement, and upgrading related works.
Manage and mentor facility teams, including managers, executives, supervisors, technical officers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workforce.
Ensure all projects are executed smoothly from the pre-construction stage, through the design stage, construction stage, until the post-construction stage.
Conduct preliminary site feasibility studies and recommend feasible planning proposals for each project.
Monitor the performance standards of appointed vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring quality service standards are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.
Ensure accurate records and progress reports are prepared in a timely manner.
Provide cash-flow projections and evaluate contractors' monthly progressive payment claims.
Chair every progress meeting with users, contractors, consultants, vendors, and records the minute for each meeting.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Leadership ability and the capacity to work under pressure in a complex environment.
Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
