Job Description:

• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling, and coordinating of building services-related works in terms of preventive, breakdown, and rectifying works.
• To work with and lead a team of supervisors & skilled workers to carry out their work accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirements.
• Ensure safety first when carrying out works.
• Ensure safety tools, equipment, certificates, and documentation are in order when carrying out work.
• Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agents & sub-contractors to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
• Able to handle feedback from clients positively and close the loop via email.
• Able to write an incident report upon collecting ground information.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Facility Management or any Engineering fields
• Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently.
• Good team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.
• SIFMA minimum Tier 4 is an advantage
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for Degree holder
• Or at least 3 years of working experience in the related field for the non-Degree holder

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee all construction, renovation, A&A, infrastructure improvement, and upgrading related works.
• Manage and mentor facility teams, including managers, executives, supervisors, technical officers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workforce.
• Ensure all projects are executed smoothly from the pre-construction stage, through the design stage, construction stage, until the post-construction stage.
• Conduct preliminary site feasibility studies and recommend feasible planning proposals for each project.
• Monitor the performance standards of appointed vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring quality service standards are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.
• Ensure accurate records and progress reports are prepared in a timely manner.
• Provide cash-flow projections and evaluate contractors' monthly progressive payment claims.
• Chair every progress meeting with users, contractors, consultants, vendors, and records the minute for each meeting.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Building and Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Leadership ability and the capacity to work under pressure in a complex environment.
• Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation on list of work, materials required, tools & machineries and any prep work.

Pre-plan and prioritize works for the task given.

Conduct inspection on pre & post work.

Able to communicate with the client.

As a supervisor, you are requiring updating, before, progressing and after completion of work at site.

Assist & support project site operations and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.

Able to troubleshoot on electrical faults & trips (MCB, RCD, RCCB etc).

Experience in a Building Electrical Shutdown (annual/planned) and unplanned at PUB plants.

Knowledge in cable sizing, local electrical codes, and electrical loading.

Awareness in general electrical hazards & safety knowledge

Proactive routine services, repairs, replace of spares, consumable materials, items and components to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.

Documented all scheduled routine findings and rectification.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.

To handle & manage external Specialist contractors awarded jobs on-site.

Job Requirements

- NITEC or equivalent in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 3 years relevant experience in maintenance & electrical construction industry
Candidate must possess Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Certificate Grade 7

- Registered Licensed Electrical Worker (Grade 7) with Singapore Energy Market Authority (EMA)

- Able to work in PUB setting.
