Job Description
Manage and Plan the maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for smooth operations of the buildings and maintenance
Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/ tender
Ensures timely and prompt responses to all feedback and complaints following management rules and regulations
Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure service delivery meets quality standards and contractual obligations
Ensure campus is clean and free from pest
Oversee facility improvement and renovation projects from conception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external contractors
Attend meetings and to carry out inspections on site to check that the works carried out by the contractors meet the desired quality/workmanship, completed on time and within budget
Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required by Management in the course of work
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Candidates with Fire Safety, Energy Management, Workplace Safety & Health, or Green Mark certification will have an added advantage
Possess initiative and ensure work gets done in proper manner
