Assisting in consultations;
Dispensing medications to clients accurately and thoroughly according to the Veterinarian’s prescription;
Performing basic medical procedures (e.g. intravenous catheter placement, urinary catheter placement, endotracheal intubation, anaesthetic monitoring etc.) under the Veterinarian’s supervision;
Performing laboratory work and assisting the veterinarian with diagnostic imaging (e.g. radiography and ultrasonography);
Assisting with dental/surgical procedures
After hours nursing duties,
Nursing care for hospitalized patients, including overnight / after-hours shifts as deemed necessary by the Company;
Routine duties include performing blood tests, urine/faecal analysis;
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness within all areas of the clinic.
Requirements:
Diploma/degree in veterinary nursing/technology or degree in veterinary medicine/ DVM
Microsoft-Office/Email Proficient
Fluent in spoken and written English (ability to converse in Mandarin is advantageous to liaise with clients)
Basic mathematical skills
Excellent telephone and interpersonal conversational etiquette
At least 2 years relevant experience preferred
Experience in leadership roles advantageous
