Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Operations and Support:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the bus engineering workshops, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and meet maintenance standards.
• Develop, review, and enhance maintenance processes and engineering capabilities in line with company vision and market needs.
• Analyze workshop productivity and performance metrics to implement actions for continuous improvement.
• Oversee compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and internal standards such as RA, SWP, SOP, and ISO procedures (9001, 55001, 23001, ISO 45001).
• Liaise with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) on Bus MAR matters and workshop equipment replacements.
• Procure tools and equipment to improve work efficiency and enhance workshop capabilities.
• Ensure active participation in all ISO audits, follow-up actions, and correctives to maintain certification.

Administrative Support & Reporting:

• Coordinate and analyze Bus Fleet Maintenance Audit Rating (MAR) results, WSH audits, and passenger feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present performance reports for Management, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and audit outcomes.
• Handle LTA submissions, including Waivers, Monthly Maintenance Reports, and daily bus-held-back reports.
• Submit Bus Engineering Monthly Incentives for Management approval and oversee other administrative duties as assigned.

Competency Development:

• Collaborate with BTTC, ITE, and SGBA to create and revise technical training programs aimed at upskilling workshop technicians.
• Develop engaging training content (e-learning, video, graphics) to ensure technicians' competencies align with evolving bus models and equipment.
• Work with vendors and OEMs to deliver training on new bus models and technologies.
• Assess and refresh training programs to enhance the quality of maintenance and repair work across the fleet.

Central Recovery Service Management:

• Lead the CRS team to ensure the expedient and safe recovery of immobilized buses.
• Maintain and ensure the readiness of all CRS recovery vehicles.
• Meet all CRS KPIs and operate within budget forecasts and internal performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including safety, environmental, and employment acts.
• Workshop Management:
• Ensure the workshop adheres to internal KPIs and complies with LTA's Quality of Service (QoS) standards.
• Oversee workshop productivity and resource allocation to minimize downtime and optimize fleet maintenance.
• Monitor spare parts usage, manage workshop inventory, and ensure the accuracy of maintenance records in the BEAMS system.
• Promote lean operations, sustainability programs, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to meet operational needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of maintenance operations.
• Proven supervisory and decision-making abilities with a track record of leading teams and achieving targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Leads, supervises and motivates maintenance staff and sub-contractors to achieve excellence.

• Responsible for overall maintenance upkeep and cleanliness of the building to project a good image of the building.

• Planning and supervision of comprehensive preventive maintenance works to ensure smooth operation and to promptly attend and rectify to all emergencies with minimal inconvenience and disruption.

• Devise proactive measures to improve building maintenance standard and efficiency

• Review regularly building maintenance & security SOP and ensure full compliance by staff / tenants / visitors.

• Compiles monthly reports for management review

• Administers tenancy matters

• Promotes good landlord and tenant relationships

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Estate Management or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience in management of industrial buildings with strong building and M&E knowledge and hands-on experience

• Able to work independently & possess good communication skills

• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English

Landscape Coordinator/Manager(Maintenance)(Arbiorist)

The Landscape Manager (Landscape Maintenance and Construction) is involved in all areas of multiple landscape projects. He/she will meet with the clients to clarify their needs and wants, and develop a proposal for applying the project following the business plan. He/She will find the plants and materials required for the project, and manage a team of workers to bring to life landscape plans and satisfy clients' expectations.An Arborist carries out management programmes for trees and palms. He/She conducts tree inspection, risk checks, and finds solutions for tree health problems. He/She helps prepare tree status reports to management for decision-making. The Arborist enjoys working outdoors, being with nature and is passionate about tree protection and conservation. He/She must be willing to work long hours to respond to tree emergency situations.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all horticulture works
2. Plan and assess work programmes
3. Ensure quality of landscaping is acceptable.
4. Manage all areas of the project including planning daily work and worker timetables.
5. Manage workers and contractors working at the project location.
6. Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management
