Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture or Engineering or Real Estate or Building/Facilities Management or equivalent with 10 years of relevant working experience; OR
• Diploma holder in Architecture or Engineering or Real Estate or Building/Facilities Management or equivalent with 15 years of relevant working experience.

The Executive will assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and planning manpower to drive operational excellence in the organisation. This includes ensuring that the organisation is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements.

In addition, they will also have the opportunity to lead, train, supervise, and mentor staff in areas such as Facilities Management, Repair and Maintenance, Fire Command Centre, and Transportation sections of the Operations department.

• Identify and perform necessary maintenance on buildings and facilities
• Conduct inspections periodically to evaluate the maintenance condition to identify necessary corrective actions

• Ensure readiness of OCH premises by checking, inspecting, monitoring and following through the set up / reinstatement process with internal stakeholders to ensure satisfactory completion including furnishing, provision, keys etc.
• Supervision of works carried out by contractors at the student rooms.
