Responsibilities:

• Leads, supervises and motivates maintenance staff and sub-contractors to achieve excellence.

• Responsible for overall maintenance upkeep and cleanliness of the building to project a good image of the building.

• Planning and supervision of comprehensive preventive maintenance works to ensure smooth operation and to promptly attend and rectify to all emergencies with minimal inconvenience and disruption.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services/Estate Management or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience in management of industrial buildings with strong building and M&E knowledge and hands-on experience

• Able to work independently & possess good communication skills

• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English

The Landscape Manager (Landscape Maintenance and Construction) is involved in all areas of multiple landscape projects. He/she will meet with the clients to clarify their needs and wants, and develop a proposal for applying the project following the business plan. He/She will find the plants and materials required for the project, and manage a team of workers to bring to life landscape plans and satisfy clients' expectations.An Arborist carries out management programmes for trees and palms. He/She conducts tree inspection, risk checks, and finds solutions for tree health problems. He/She helps prepare tree status reports to management for decision-making. The Arborist enjoys working outdoors, being with nature and is passionate about tree protection and conservation. He/She must be willing to work long hours to respond to tree emergency situations.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all horticulture works
2. Plan and assess work programmes
3. Ensure quality of landscaping is acceptable.
4. Manage all areas of the project including planning daily work and worker timetables.
5. Manage workers and contractors working at the project location.
6. Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
7. Train workers on safety methods when working with equipment and tools.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management
2. Arborist certification from International Society of Arboriculture(ISA)
3. Independent individual with good organisation skills
4. Good Interpersonal skills

• Manage FM engineers daily roles and responsibilities
• Manage FM engineers technical competency in FM aspects
• To ensure and establish Standard Operating Procedure for FM functionality

• Manage and guide bus infrastructure officer in providing efficient facilities and project management.
• Manage and execute M&E projects within the organization i.e. Retrofitting of existing premises, fitting out of spaces, implementation of sustainability related initiatives.
• Supervise and guide a team of term contractors on daily facilities management operations.
• Assess, plan and implement operational processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with government agencies and statutory boards on regular audits, project management & development and other facilities related issues.
• Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance team and ensure good maintenance standards rendered in accordance with KPIs set by relevant government agencies and statutory boards.
• Liaise with internal users on all facilities related issues.
• Co-ordination of project works such as upgrading of critical systems & equipment, renovation & retrofitting works, replacement of system infrastructure and improvement initiatives to existing premises.
• Provide technical advisory and support in relation to bus infrastructure issues.
