In this role, you will

• Design and deliver a ML-based pricing system that delights our customers with a hyper-personalised experience.
• Work closely with data scientists, data engineers and platform engineers to operationalise ML models and serve inferences efficiently, which include automating ML pipelines, performance monitoring and testing.
• Collaborate with product owners and work backwards from both our customers and partners to define AI/ML features.

Missions and Responsibilities

1.Manage the maintenance systems to achieve performance of all the control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI) with the objectives of achieving continual gas supply to the customer, leveraging organizational capabilities in response to business needs of our customers.
2.Ensure all the maintenance activities / records are recorded and maintained in CMMS (CIS).
3.Prepare a monthly maintenance report.
4.Participate in the RCA for all the reliability issues and propose the preventive action plan.
5.Adherence to Job Order / Work Permit system and to maintain zero accident by complying to all Safety rules & regulations in accordance with AL IMS and Workplace Safety & Health Act.
6.Ensuring that the maintenance program is in place and aligned with the maintenance strategy
7.Ensure that operating manuals and facility SOPs are established according to the IMS program of the subsidiary
8.Responsible for quality and safety audit (E&I part), related SOP & RA
9.Provide operation support to execute and complete the PM/CM/SDM on time.
10.Response to address the issues to reduce the down time

Reliability Enhancement Project

1.You will supervise the contractors in your field of competencies with emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, and cost;
2.And manage the interfaces between disciplines and subcontractors;

4.And prepare and implement site-specific working instructions and procedures regarding construction utilizing the Air Liquide standards;

Key Job Experience

The Must-Haves

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and implementing the execution of preventive and corrective programs within schedule in compliance to regulatory standards and requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting/ faut diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure for equipment.
• Development of Standard Operating procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to technicians to develop their competence.
• Develop and perform Risk Assessments to evaluate mitigation measures for all maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain proper document system to achieve all jobs internally for sharing and audit purposes.
• Assist in identification, planning and reviewing of necessary training needs for mentoring and coaching of maintenance staffs.
• Preparation and write maintenance and spares consumption report.
• Perform other duties as instructed by Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to relate work with different stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel, Words and Powerpoint
