Job Description:
1. Be part of the SIAEC Line Maintenance team in providing motorised equipment across the company
2. Lead a team of maintenance staff and a team of Store personnel to achieve high availability and reliability of motorised equipment in a cost-effective manner
3. Oversee day-to-day operations in the maintenance of Airtugs and Motorised Ground Equipment, including the review of key performance indicators with the maintenance team and the recovery of equipment
4. Build a coherent equipment mix to meet operational demands and drive the purchase of suitable motorised equipment across the company
5. Ensure compliance to quality and safety in operations
6. Develop and maintain an inventory plan to ensure accountability and availability of spares, tools and consumables
7. Drive the adoption of Electric Vehicles and Autonomous Vehicles to support the company’s effort towards Sustainability
8. Drive LEAN methodologies in maintenance to improve productivity
Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering)
2. Demonstrated experience in aviation, production planning and project management would be an advantage
3. Experience in Equipment Tools Maintenance is an added advantage
4. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and communication skills
5. Self motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
