Assist all project / maintenance related sale inquiries from initial quote status through to order placement, and off to the client and follow up closely after quote submitted

Handle all project/maintenance renewal related matters

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to ensure costumes are of the standard they require and prepared to schedule.
• Construct, alter, embellish and repair costumes and costume-related items
• Supervise and guide junior team members in repair and fabrication works not limited to – use of materials, method of construction and time necessary to construct the costumes
• Provide daily work schedules to TM to ensure repair and fabrication works are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist to coordinate the production of costumes with Designers, external vendors, hair and makeup and workroom
• Communicate with Managers, supervisors, production team, show directors and stage management team members in supporting fittings and design and planning needs for USS daily operations and Special Events rehearsals and performances
• Assist with stocking and monitoring costume workshop supplies
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Attend safety training courses and consistently adhere to WSH guidelines

Job Requirements:

• With Diploma or equivalent: 4 - 5 years of related experience in the following industries: theatrical, film, television, resort or theme park
• Without Diploma or equivalent: 6 - 7 years of related experience in the following industries: theatrical, film, television, resort or them park
• Thorough understanding of backstage etiquette and the ability to teach others.
• Skilled at painting and carpentry techniques
• Some experience in designing and fabricating props and puppets preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collating and organising technical building information from architects
• Preparing designs using CAD (computer aided design) software
• Preparing drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals
• Preparing specifications for construction work
• Coordinating detailed design information
• Contributing to meetings and document preparation
• Preparing applications for approval by regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on structural steel works.

• Develop and Prepare lesson plans and art-related activities
• Develop Curriculums for new projects
• Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports
• Assess student’s learning progress
• Continual communication and feedback to parents on student’s performance
• Able to handle students of different age group
• Create a conducive environment to enhance learning
• Managing Classrooms and maintaining supplies.
• Manage Admin works.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum diploma in related field(Certification Courses eligible)
• Applicants shgould possess a minimum of 1- year of experience in Art teaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels
• Excellent people management and teamwork
• Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents
• Able to work on weekends sometimes weekdays too
• Conduct and facilitate art learning
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record and portfolio
• Strong organisational skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the Rope Access Team and Projects as Rope Access Level 3
• Create, implement and control an appropriate rope access management system
• Assist with the maintenance of the Company’s rope access work procedures, Risk Assessment, in line with the IRATA ICOP
• Carry out works requiring Rope Access skillsets including maintenance works like painting, sealant, etc, and any other Maintenance requiring rope access skills
• Conducts inspection of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)/ platforms
• Evaluate detailed work instructions issued and highlight any risks for effective mitigation
• Attends Toolbox meetings before the start of work and highlights any safety concerns
• Prepare and submit Service/inspection Reports within the specified time
• Assist rope access team in setting up and rigging for L1 technicians.

Requirements

• 10-years or more experience as Rope Access Level 3
• IRATA Rope Access Certification Level 3 mandatory
• Work At Height Certification
• Need experience with facade lighting and electrical industry.
• Need to know installation procedure for various types of lights.
