• Monitoring equipment performance and maintenance schedules. May perform routine repair or replacement of standard parts.

• Tracking and following up with work progress, and ensuring day-to-day smooth operations of bench work

3. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology/biomedical science or equivalent field, with 1-2 years genomics/NGS/CES preferred.

• Organized, meticulous and keen attention to details

• Able to work independently as well as in teams

• Prior experience with working within a CAP-accredited/ISO/HCSA and long read sequencing lab is an advantage

In a nutshell:

The incumbent need to have hand-on experience as an electrician technician, you are accountable for handling & executing Electrical related works for preventive, corrective, reactive maintenance and attend to ad-hoc jobs by immediate direct or Management.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation on list of work, materials required, tools & machineries and any prep work.

Pre-plan and prioritize works for the task given.

Conduct inspection on pre & post work.

Able to communicate with the client.

As a supervisor, you are requiring updating, before, progressing and after completion of work at site.

Assist & support project site operations and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.

Able to troubleshoot on electrical faults & trips (MCB, RCD, RCCB etc).

Experience in a Building Electrical Shutdown (annual/planned) and unplanned at PUB plants.

Knowledge in cable sizing, local electrical codes, and electrical loading.

Awareness in general electrical hazards & safety knowledge

Proactive routine services, repairs, replace of spares, consumable materials, items and components to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.

Documented all scheduled routine findings and rectification.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.

To handle & manage external Specialist contractors awarded jobs on-site.

Job Requirements
- This role is open strictly for Singaporeans only

- NITEC or equivalent in relevant FM discipline, with minimum 3 years relevant experience in maintenance & electrical construction industry
Candidate must possess Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Certificate Grade 7

- Registered Licensed Electrical Worker (Grade 7) with Singapore Energy Market Authority (EMA)

- Able to work in PUB setting.

Responsibilities

· Performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations;

· Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses;

· Preparing specimens and samples;

· Constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment, for example centrifuges, titrators, pipetting machines and pH meters;

· Ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced;

Requirements

• Min Diploma in CPT, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills is a must

• Meticulous and able to handle numbers is a must

• Proficient in more than one language

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
