Job Scope:

• Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and servicing of machinery faults in the production and factory facility area.
• To maintain inspection readiness of the factory equipment to ensure audit compliance with regulatory, safety and engineering standards.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with GMP regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Nitec certification or its equivalent
• At least 1-3 year of experience in the operation environment
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Good understanding of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems with experience with PLC, PCB Board and electrical components
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime and occasional night shift

Responsibilities

• Ensure out-going inspection reports are prepared on time
• Conduct sample inspection for new products
• Ensure proper identification, segregation and control of non-conforming products
• Ensure the work instruction given to inspector is carried out
• Follow-up on corrective action request from QA as well as from production
• Ensure timely action taken for proper process control

Requirements

• ITE / Poly
• Able to communicate and write in Chinese
• Ability to use MS office, Excel and emails
• Able to work OT and weekend
• Quick learner

Responsibilities

• Responsible for following up on the maintenance and repair works of Food Courts and Coffeeshops.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the air-conditioning, exhaust fan, and fresh air systems in Food Courts and Coffeeshops.
• Liaising with outlet managers over daily issues faced in maintenance.
• Purchasing of maintenance parts when needed.
• Responsible for following up on existing maintenance contracts with external vendors.

Requirements

• Must possess basic Microsoft Office skills – including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess a basic command of the English language in order to send emails and liaise with external vendors.
• Minimum NITEC / 'O' Levels
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Independent and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Must possess Class 3 driving licence
