Job Description

• Inspection of electrical and instrumentation systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
• Identifying faults or hazards.
• Able to troubleshoot system failures.
• Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement.
• Testing of electrical systems with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
• Testing of instruments, DCS loop and field calibration.
• Conduct maintenance repairs on faulty fixtures.
• Quick respond to fault requests.
• Provide suggestions for equipment replacement.
• Writing electrical maintenance reports.
• Install new electrical appliances in the building.
• Adhere to safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in a Process Plant setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Willing to work in Jurong Island (Bus transport from Jurong East MRT)
• Able to work overtime for breakdown and shutdown maintenance & respond to emergency on-call before / after normal working hours.

• Supervise the work of technicians and engineers; provide guidance to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of machinery and equipment. To ensure all machinery is functioning correctly.
• Inspecting completed work and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that all work meets the company’s quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Managing stock levels, keeping track of parts and materials needed for repairs and maintenance to ensure that the workshop has the necessary resources.
• To handle customer enquiries and issues related to machinery service and repairs, understand the customer’s needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify the areas for improvement in workshop operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Keeping track of the task completed and the amount of inventory used. Providing updates to stakeholders and management.
• Be able to swiftly and comprehensively fault-find, rectify problems on mechanical equipment including sewage pumps and valves and associated pipe work, air blowers, wastewater inlet screens, storm water screens, biological filter equipment, tanks, tank bridges, conveyor systems & fabrication structures
• Removingfor repair and replacing by new/refurbished valves and actuators
• X-tree valves& actuators repairing
• Take the lead with safe working practices to ensure superior levels of safety and housekeeping are obtained - achieve zero lost time injuries in workshop
• Supervise personnel, while working hands on to execute assigned work to required standards

• Conduct regular assessment of horticulture maintenance e.g. proper pruning methods for shrubs and trees, condition of landscaping and planting works;
• Ensure proper barricading of the maintenance area and the safety of stakeholders are adhered to;
• Provide support for club events relating to housekeeping;
• Scheduling and keeping track of daily pool and landscape maintenance;
• Daily routine inspections to identify and detect defects and follow up with quick rectification;
• Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately stored, recorded and properly maintained;
• To conduct weekly stock checks, plan and execute supply requisitions if necessary;

Job Title: Senior Maintenance Supervisor (ID8096)
Location: Clementi
Working Hour: 5 days work
Monday – Friday 8am-5:30pm
Salary: $3500 - $4000

Job Description:
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and general workers
• Ensure the readiness of a variety of equipment such as pumps, tools and heavy vehicles for immediate use and deployment at all times
• Maintain an adequate stock of equipment and spare parts to minimize downtime
• Oversee the preparation of the equipment for outgoing project and ensure the returned equipment from project site are in good condition
• Ensure monthly and annual inspection of equipment and vehicles are done timely
• Ensure all equipment possess valid licenses and / or inspected by relevant authorities
