We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical & Instrumentation) to oversee the upkeep of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspecting wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
• Identifying and addressing faults or hazards.
• Troubleshooting system failures.
• Analyzing blueprints for wiring layouts.
• Testing electrical systems using oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
• Calibrating instruments, DCS loops, and field setups.
• Performing maintenance on defective fixtures.
• Responding to fault requests promptly.
• Advising on equipment replacement options.
• Compiling electrical maintenance reports.
• Installing new electrical appliances within the facility.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a process plant environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Must be willing to work in Jurong Island.
• Availability for overtime during breakdowns and shutdowns, as well as responding to emergency on-call situations outside regular hours.

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am to 4.30pm

Job description:

• Process and input customer orders, generate delivery documents, maintain transaction and interaction records, and update ERP (SAP) and databases (Microsoft Access).
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing for customers.
• Coordinate with and support other departments to address customer service issues.
• Collaborate within the Repair Team to achieve repair SPT and company goals.
• Key player within one or more Supply chain functions including materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfilment.
• Order fulfilment management for local and key clients
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as fill rate and days of inventory and forecast accuracy.
• Act as an intermediary between customer and cross functional departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Be the key point of contact for monthly sales forecast and consensus analysis.
• Key member for monthly operations, pre-S&OP and weekly ASF meetings

Requirements:

• Must be familiar and able to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and write fluently in English.
• Candidates with previous experience in aerospace customer order desk will be highly preferred.

This role is responsible for the care management of elderly clients under the maintenance day care
programme, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care as well
as client education. The main responsibilities include:
• Take charge of the whole clinical nursing practice in the centre and ensure compliance with
approved standards of nursing practices, including the creation and maintenance of policies
and SOPs.
• Perform all general nursing duties to provide quality nursing care and support to clients to
ensure their safety and comfort. Duties include medication administration, wound
management, fall risks and hospitalization procedures, medical emergency procedures,
infectious diseases outbreak procedures and other nursing duties as required.
• Conduct assessments of clients during admissions and periodic reviews, including preassessment of referrals from AIC
• Assess and evaluate client’s conditions to plan and implement individual care plan
accordingly. Consult and coordinate with OTs and PTs and other healthcare professionals as
necessary.
• Monitor, assess and review the progress of clients.
• Identify early signs and/or deterioration of clients’ condition through observation and
appropriate assessment tools.
• Ensure clients’ records are created, maintained and updated accurately on a timely basis
• Responsible for the administration and submission of documentation to relevant
government bodies
• Teach clients, caregivers and family members proper techniques in self-care
