Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform installation/maintaining/Repair of machinery and equipment
• Carrying out routine inspection and servicing of machinery and equipment
• Assists in the company's maintenance schedule
• Update maintenance report & calibration report
• Maintain Spare parts and upkeep of Maintenance Room
• Participate in productivity project and work health safety
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechatronics Electrical/Mechanical/Engineering / ITE Engineering
• Minimum 2 year of machine maintenance works
• Able to work independently with initiative
• Converse in both English and Chinese language
• Self motivate and able to involve in-coming event
• Willing to work in Tuas South area.

Job Description:

~ Operating machine and to produce the required output within the quality control specification.

~ Ensure the machine is running smoothly and efficiently

~ To perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to minimize the disruption to production.

~ To perform trouble shooting related to defective and quality issue products timely and effectively.

~ Perform routine service and preventive maintenance of machine according to the schedule sets. Ensure documentation are correctly updated.

~ Able to perform change model (change size / change tooling) independently and ensure the products able to meet the quality control specification.

~ Monitor the production wastage and take remedial action when necessary.

~ To maintain the work area clean, safe and orderly

~ Maintain an effective communication between shifts

~ Assist superior in spare part management

~ Provide and assist the technical improvement project support when necessary

Requirements:

~ Willing to work 12 hours shift (rotating schedule), 6:45 to 6:45

~ NITEC / Diploma or equivalent with years of related experience

~ Able to work independently and team player

~ An advantage able to lead team.

Job Description:

• To carry out mechanical and electrical assembly including product testing as per work instructions
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain hydraulic torque and test system machine
• Assemble mechanical and electrical parts
• Lifting, setup and testing of assembled parts
• Components soldering using Class-3 standard
• Work safely in a changing environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or 2 years of experience
• Soldering technology background, through-hole and surface mount devices
• Candidate with Safety and Quality mindset and attention to detail
• Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly
• Knowledge in IPC-A-610 Standard

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and follow job orders.
• Determine the required Qty to meet daily output.
• Prepare and set up machines for production – clean, checking etc.
• Ensure to carry out machine operation and maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Control and run the machine to the fullest extent.
• Being able to identify any faults or problems in operations or maintenance of machines and troubleshoot arising issues.
• Inspect the machine outputs for process and quality control.
• Provide detailed reports and logs on the work done daily.
• Keep up with safety requirements and maintain the safe work setting at all times.
• Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed.
• Reporting safety hazards within the work environment.
• Others Operational job related to Plant inclusive of debagging activities and Packing lime products in 25kg HL and jumbo bags is part of job scope.

Physical fitness and Skill:

• Machine operators should be physically fit since long operational hours can be required. Must be able to work Overtime.

Job Description

- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am - 3:00pm / Sat 7:00am – 11:45am
- Location: Gul Circle
- Benefits: Annual Leave, Bonus, Medical, Insurance, Bonus

- Gross Salary up to $4,000 per month (including overtime +allowances)

Job Scope:
