Job Description:
You will be responsible for deploying Smart Home solutions to customer homes.
Provide on-site consultations with electrician / ID / Client
Setup up and install smart home devices
On-site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system
Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients’ premises
Setup rules and logic for smart home system
Providing customer support
Building positive customer relationships
Setup Networking solutions within the client's home
Engage & manage vendors for on-site implementation
Learning and keeping up with new changes in technology and new product range
Job Requirements:
Graduate of ITE, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Basic electrical knowledge like changing wall switches, light strips connections etc.
Experience and knowledge of Smart Home solutions will be an advantage but not required
Understand and have experience in networking set-up
Able to use basic MSOffice/Google docs/sheets
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM
