About the Role:

As a Sub-regional Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing overseeing building operations and maintenance for South East Asia, Australia and South Korea offices. facility, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Facilities Managers to enable them to fulfill all the KPIs as well as client engagement.

· Provide leadership and supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job holder reports directly to the Senior Facilities Manager. The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: -

• Conducts daily inspection of the entire school compound for cleanliness, safety and maintenance;

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance. The position has both operational and financial (P&L) management responsibility, for all sites within the South Asia sub-region. The five countries within the South Asia sub-region are Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. The position is based in Singapore and reports into the Asia Operations Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities within the sub-region, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and all deliverables are achieved on-time and within budget.

• Regional Coordination: Work closely with regional office managers to ensure consistency and standardization of facilities management practices across all locations.

• Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise the facility management team, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Provide guidance, support and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
