Job Requirements:

• Relevant Experience for NTC2 / ITE / Diploma in Electronics or IT Engineering background
• Experience in site coordination, installation works is an advantage
• With relevant experienced in Service and Facility Maintenance for hospital, industrial sites is an advantage
• Experience or knowledge in Installation and commissioning of devices for Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) System (examples: Intercom, FDAS, ACS, BMS, BGM/PA, Nurse Call, CCTV, Alarm System, etc.)

Responsibility

• Perform repairs and rectify equipment failures and malfunctions, including testing and recommissioning of systems or equipment.
• Oversee the overhaul, inspection, calibration, and servicing programs during scheduled plant outages.
• Execute plans for modifications, upgrades, and installations of plant systems and equipment to enhance performance, availability, and reliability.
• Maintain detailed work reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and plots using computer-based software such as Maximo, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Assist Engineers and Technical Officers with maintenance tasks.

Requirement

• Inspection of components for wear and tear

• Repair/ replacement of broken/ worn out parts

• Verification of vehicle functions and its subsystems

• Provides information to the supervisor about preapproval for additional repair

• Notifies the Service Advisor immediately of work interruptions as a result of additionally required work, complications, missing parts or missed deadlines

• Uses checklists/ repair instructions , tools and test equipment adhered to current BMW guidelines

• Has co-responsibility for customer satisfaction by optimal technical solutions on customer vehicles

• Handles tools, special tools work clothing etc. properly

• Uses equipment cost- effectively

• Hands over dismantled, replacement or warranty parts to warranty department cleaned and labelled
