· Formalizing of policies relating to IT, Planning & Implementation and IT related projects.

· Act as point person for upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and other projects as assigned.

· Provide ongoing support for daily user issues.

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in Information systems working for construction sector/industry.

Responsibilities:

• Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.
• May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.

Job Description: -

• Assist on the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building, electrical and mechanical facilities and all other matters related to the maintenance management of the building;

The technician responds to customer callouts, providing technical service and maintenance support at customer locations. They are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment out in the field and providing technical training when necessary. The technician will report to Technical Manager.

• Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to reduce downtime.
• Plan and execute regular preventive equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineers to address process-related problems linked to equipment failures.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and cleanroom protocols.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Control (PLC) is a plus.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
