Provide information, advice, plan itineraries, and make arrangements
Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers’ requests & interests
Provide information on travel visa & insurance
Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
Liaise with the hotel, land and transportation operators for travel arrangement
Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
Ensure all data are entered timely and accurately into the reservation system
Prepare & submit regular operational related report
