Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards 
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers 
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell 
• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities 
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards 
• Update customer information in the database

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level
• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector prferred
• Good to have BCP, PGI and HI Certificates

Responsibilities:

• Under the Marketing Team, you will provide support to existing corporate clients and intermediaries on policy renewal and/or endorsement requests.
• Provide quotation in accordance with Company’s underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare monthly premium income report.
• To assist Accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies.
• To establish customer benefit services with vendors.
• Provide customer service to corporate clients on their enquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters.
• Assist the department in planning renewal strategies for corporate clients.
• Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.
• Ensure clients’ database is well maintained and kept updated at all times.
• Participate in improvement project or risk survey, if necessary.
• Other duties that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of administrative support experience in the insurance space.
• BCP, PGI and HI Certificates are required.
• Good follow up skills.

• Liaise with intermediaries/clients on enquiries, renewals, endorsements, etc.
• Assist in monthly reports on the movement of premium income.
• Assist to provide quotation in accordance with the Company's underwriting guidelines.

• Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).
• Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.
• Plan renewal strategies for corporate clients.
• Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.
• Maintain clients’ details and information.
• Other duties that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of adminsitrative experience, preferrably in the insurance space.
• BCP, PGI, HI certificates are an added advantage.
