Job Description:
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for business development, partnership management and team management to achieve business growth objectives at the organisation.
Leading and managing the sales and support team, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of partner inquires, concerns and issues
Collaborating closely with Marketing department to develop strategies to maximise partner engagement and revenue generation
Developing and implementing sales strategies to increases sales and market share, effectively positioning products or services to meet customer needs and preferences
Overseeing the approval process, including manpower management, proposals and all sales related matters
Requirements:
Degree in Business or related field, with at least 8 years of proven experience in business development and leadership position
Excellent leadership and people skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, offering tailored solutions and actions to meet client needs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
