Job Description

• Perform daily production work, such as operating machines and performing upskill production, filling, printing, labeling, inbox, etc.
• Quality check of raw materials and finished goods as per quality plan to ensure raw materials and finished goods are within specifications.
• Record all daily activities and duties.
• Maintain good manufacturing practices all the time and ensure zero non-conformance products.
• Carry out continuous improvement projects to improve the efficiency of equipment and process and ad-hoc assignments.
• Make suggestions and take steps to improve production processes and efficiency as well as cost-saving measures.
• Perform and ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the working area.
• Adhered strictly to all Good Manufacturing Procedures, Safety, 5S, Quality, and all other policies/standards/ requirements at all times.
• Ensure compliance with uniform, grooming, verbiage, computer usage, productions, operations, and any other guidelines established by the Company from time to time.

Requirement

• Min Secondary education
• Able to understand and communicate Basic English
• Physical work required
• Willing to learn and positive attitude
• Good team player
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing environment preference
• On-the-job (OJT) training provided for those without experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

The job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Leading a team and manage/support the launch of new products
• Conducting market research and analysing industry trends
• Improving the development of existing products by providing feedback to the product development team (including to Product Designers)
• Take charge and collaborate with team members, partners, and vendors to ensure excellent product delivery
• Implement channels to obtain customer feedback and suggesting appropriate product / promotional revisions
• Disseminate in-depth product knowledge to clients, customers and partners
• Train and equip the team with necessary information and resources to confidently address inquiries and provide valuable insights
• Supervise and monitor the performance of products within the market
• Analyse current products and processes to pinpoint areas where improvements and innovations can be introduced. Encourage team to actively contribute insights regarding potential enhancements
• Engage with clients, customers, and partners to identify their needs and preferences. Act as a liaison between these stakeholders and the production team
• Supervise and manage the updating of inventory records in the system to ensure accurate tracking and efficient resource allocation
• Collaborate with marketing and research teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour
• Stay informed about current industry trends and market conditions, providing strategic insights to guide decision-making
• Provide guidance and support in addressing complex or escalated cases of customer feedback. And ensure that post-sales support is efficiently provided to resolve customer issues
• Execute day-to-day operational activities with a focus on aligning them with customer experience goals and standards
