About the role:

The incumbent will be part of a solution team within the Contract Logistics Department in leading continuous improvement projects for Warehouse, Labelling and Assembly, providing seamless and customer-focused data analytics and solutions to improve customer service and operation efficiency.

What you will be doing:

Leading the Solution Team for a Luxury Goods account at 11 Pioneer Turn with below responsibilities:

Project

o   Driving continuous improvement initiatives with impacts on company or customer profitability

o   Identification of areas of improvements with key stakeholders

o   Design, proposal, and implementation of solution across different departments: Warehouse, Value Added Services, Customer Service, Quality, Sustainability

o   Alignment on project priorities and communication on progress to stakeholder

o   Coaching a team of 3 Logistics Analysts + interns to deliver project roadmap and to grow team members

o   Allocation of projects and tasks to team members based on priorities, availabilities, and competencies

Finance

o   Organizing semi-annual budget exercise revising last year spending and forecasting next year spendings

o   Ensuring monthly Billing accuracy

o   Improvement of P&L analytics and financial controlling

o   Supporting a team of 2 on daily financial operations

Ad hoc

o   Data extraction request from customer or Operations

o   Spot analysis request from customer or Operations

The successful candidate

·       4 to 6 years’ experience in Logistics / Supply Chain Industry or Project Management

·       Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering or comparable field of study

·       Strong data crunching, analytical and problem-solving abilities

·       Knowledge in lean, six sigma, 5S, WMS

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, SQL

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       Mandarin / French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contract Manager in overseeing the whole warehouse operations
• Responsible for ensuring CEVA business and operational objectives and KPIs are met
• Lead and direct staff in daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient running of overall operations.
• Planning on staff load, equipment, storage and daily tasks to ensure adequate resources are consistently available to meet customer’s requirements.
• Plans and assures adequate equipment for storage, loading and delivery of goods.
• Perform inventory management, productivity, accuracy and loss prevention programs to ensure that customers’ requirements are met.
• Plan and manage the P&L for the respective account to ensure on time deliveries.
• Direct activities to limit cost, improve accuracy, safety and to provide and maintain good customer service level.
• Implements safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation programs.
• Generate monthly performance data / reports to ensure that customers’ requirements are met.
• Implement work improvement initiatives and programs such as 5S, Kaizens, LEAN and SCA program with the goal of achieving CEVA standards of Operational Excellence
• Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Working cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Overseeing staffing plans and supervising, hiring, and training new employees
• Work with management team to optimize warehousing and logistics operation.
• Responsible for people and warehousing resources management to deliver effective and efficient operation services to customers. Strong in people management.
• Conduct and prepare the material for operational review meeting (e.g. Monthly Operation Review, Quarterly Operation Review, Operation Improvement Review, etc.) with internal and external customers.
• Resolve logistics service failures directly with customers and operational team. Strong in RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) analyze and resolutions.
• Strong in Inventory Management and have proven record of achievement of 100% accuracy via Daily Cycle Count.
• Able to build good customer relationship to achieve excellence customer experiences.
• Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customer’s expectation and KPIs.
• Holding accountability for quality PPM.
• Driving and delivering yearly CIP commitments.
• Conduct regular Gemba walks with clients in the warehouse to observe operations and discuss improvements.
• Weekly quality meetings with clients, presenting scorecards to review performance metrics.
• Participate in meetings with key customer stakeholders, including Purchasing and Planning departments, to align on objectives and strategies

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience and experience in managing and leading large operations team
• In-plant logistics experience will be an advantage
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience with customer dealing at all levels
• Good planning, communication and people skills

Job Purpose

Accountable and responsible for all Health, Safety and Environment aspect of designate site as assigned. The incumbent will be responsible in the implementation of OHSAS180001, reportable metrics such as MBR, MiFa etc as well as promote safety culture in the Company.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic HSE audit, risk identification and provide regular update to management on key HSE performance indicators and execution of measures to close identified HSE gaps
• Address all HSE issues directly with the appropriate actions including new hires induction, HSE policies, Department objectives, and other related information
• Attend and manage internal and external stakeholders’ enquiries, complaints, and feedback on HSE matters with regards to ASM Operations
• Conduct incident investigation and reporting, including coordination with relevant external stakeholders, ie Government agencies (MOM, SCDF)
• Develop and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), manuals and relevant documentations that are in conformance with relevant HSE regulations, standards, and best industry practices, including OHSAS18001/ISO 45001
• Work closely with the customer’s and CEVA Operations teams to plan and implement commonly agreed HSE plans, including best practices
• Develop various HSE focused programs to continuously improve employee and contractors' general awareness
• Plan & conduct HSE related training for employees

Requirements

• Degree or Specialist Diploma in WSH with at least 5 years of related experience
• Registered workplace safety and health officer
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health Act and its regulation
• Knowledge of QHSAS18001 Management System and HSE Auditing skill
• Proficient in MS Office
• Computer literate and familiar with common software application in the market
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills with effective interpersonal and people management skills

YOUR ROLE

The Regional Key Account Manager (RKAM) will take ownership of CEVA Regional Business relationships with clients the Industrial sector. He/She will be responsible for all business & financial commitments within his/her perimeter. The RKAM will identify, develop, sell, and provide operational oversight to increase CEVA business with assigned account across all business lines (Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics etc…). He/She will lead negotiations on major contracts, ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Account Management

• Be the senior point of contact for the assigned accounts for any normal and customary business requests. Identify local sales and operations contacts in CEVA for supporting the account and work with BD Sector leaders to ensure they are properly trained on the strategy and status of the account.
• Maximize consistency of the CEVA experience throughout all contacts with the specific clients around the World including Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer working in close coordination with GKAMs and Global Ops & Product Managers
• Lead the development and implementation of account plan(s), including relationships building, key people coverage plans, opportunity prioritization, overall account strategy and a budget/target for business growth and development
• Identify local sales and operations contacts in CEVA for supporting the account and work with BD Sector Leader and GKAMs to ensure they are properly trained on the strategy and status of the account.
• Provide regular reports, briefings and reviews as required within CEVA

Retention

• Develop plans to ensure the retention of current regional business levels with specified accounts, preferably to a “no bid” level of confidence.
• Build and strengthen relationships at “C” level with the client. Ensure relationships are developed at all relevant levels and geographies in the client organization by involving the CEVA global team. Responsible to fix and/or escalate issues to CEVA top management when appropriate and/or required.
• Responsible to fix and/or escalate issues to GKAMs & Global Ops & Process Management team when appropriate and/or required.

Growth

• Own and drive account growth: make comprehensive development plan(s) for each aspect of the assigned account and update on regular basis. Get buy-in and approval for the execution of the account plans by working through and with BD Sector leaders and Executive Sponsors
• Identify and qualify opportunities for additional business. Develop qualified opportunities from ‘contact to contract’, together with the relevant Cluster Business Units (P&L owners). This is multinational effort demanding the ability to match customer needs to CEVA intellectual capital to practical application and development
• Lead complex negotiations with the customer ensuring the involvement and participation of CEVA in compliance to applicable geographical legal procedure

Manage Profitability

• Manage P&L’s and accounts receivable from a regional to cluster level across business lines to ensure customer obligations are met by both CEVA and the customer to the discipline of the commercial arrangements in place
• Create input for annual budget cycle from the approved account plans and take responsibility for the delivery of the related targets for CEVA and customer benefit
• Manage the investment proposal, ICAP preparation and ROI considerations for new ventures and then work through cluster MDs or designates to hold all CEVA accountable to approved levels of commitment

Account Receivable

• To oversee and monitor regional payment collection, cooperating with country KAMs or finance to ensure the collection of payments from clients on behalf of the company with timely manner per contract payment term.
• To handle overdue payments according to the company's policies.
• Technology and Supply Chain Expertise
• Demonstrate and provide confidence regarding CEVA’s business technology expertise, including input to their supply chain and business strategy and impeccable execution

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master degree background (business, supply chain preferred) •
• 5+ years minimum experience in regional account leader role
• Oversea study experience is preferred.
• Skilled at leading a virtual team and be able to proactively work commercial issues internally as much as in front of the client.
• Network management experience (5+ years)
• Advanced supply Chain knowledge (or similar flow chain processes)
• Advanced industry knowledge in regional commerce and logistics
• Advanced product knowledge
• A skilled relationship management professional with proven track record (8+ years) in related experience with half of that being in a senior capacity.
