Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to production works.
• Supervise the flow of work in production area on material issues and assemblies.
• Schedules and coordinates flow of work between departments to expedite effective completion schedules.
• Manage all machineries maintenance.
• Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, and the assigning of responsibility for specific tasks.
• Produce detailed reports and documentations.
• Coordinate with various production sections.
• Manage all administrative procedures for department operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent
• Hardworking, proactive, self-motivated with good working attitude
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• At least have 2 years’ experience in a production environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that it meets company standards.
• Estimating the cost of labor and materials needed for each project, then submitting this information to upper management for approval.
• Overseeing work schedules and deadlines to ensure that projects are completed on time.
• Fabricate and assembles metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, CNC machines and measuring tools.
• Complete each weld to the specified standards using appropriate equipment and materials.
• Ensure quality weld and inspection for welding process.
• Interfaces with production welders to improve welding methods.
• Ensure timely delivery for every individual projects and project management.
• Optimize welding productivity and performance.
• Communicate job expectations and performance requirements to welders.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce production, safety, and quality systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that welded material and consumables meet specifications.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma / Vocational Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• Have experience is welding parameter setting for ESAB SAW Welding.
• Knowledge in WPS and QPR.
• Interpret welding symbols and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of welder and welding safety standards.
• Good mechanical aptitude, knowledge and detailing in welding technical drawings.
• Excellent problem solving, time management skills and team player.
• Self-motivated, excellent time management, planning and prioritization of jobs.
