Responsibilities

• Point-of-contact between management and retail team
• Manage operation and staff training
• To serve customers with passion and integrity and provide excellent Customer Service to all Customers
• Perform sales transactions and handle customers’ enquiries on products
• Cashiering duties & housekeeping duties to maintain orderly operations within the store
• Stock take whenever necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as supervisor/managerial position in retail industry.
• Positive attitude for delivering excellent service quality to customers with passion and integrity.
• Able to commit at least 1 weekend or public holiday per week.
