Handle HRD worker recruitment, onboarding, orientation and familiar with work pass application
In charge of worker work permit application, renewal and cancellation
Assist in interview arrangement, update interview status report
Arrange workers for training cources and medical check-up
Prepare new workers P files, and update of workers data in the HRIS system
Assist to arrange worker PPE requirement, conduct orientation
Job Requirement:
Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
Min 2-3 years in experience in HR generalist, focusing on recruitment, and operational support
Good knowledge of government regulations and well-versed with work passes requirements
