RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Executive, Sales Support to join our Domestic Sales team. You will play an instrumental role in intake creation, coordinating course previews and events, and handling inventory and logistics. Your responsibilities will also include updating information, managing finance handovers, and supporting university programs. Additionally, you'll compile sales and marketing reports and provide essential administrative assistance. THE ROLE: Executive, Sales Support (Domestic Sales)
Responsibilities
- Intake Creation
- Intake set-up and submission including submitting student contracts to ERO / Finance, and course fee insert amendments to RQC (by Uni)
- Course Preview and Events
- Weekly updating of Uni preview schedule on Kaplan website
- Preparation of course brochures and collaterals for GPV
- Support duty on actual day of the event
- Inventory and Logistics
- Top-up Uni course brochures at Wilkie Edge
- Collate and distribute updated Brochure Inventory List
- Inventory for course brochures.
- Preparation of course brochures and collaterals for GPV and Events
- Consolidate namecards
- Updating of Information
- Website request forms
- CPE Registration forms
- Course fee inserts
- Marketing Collaterals update
- Funnelling of sales generic leads
- Finance Handover
- Submission of finance handover
- To follow-up / chase Finance on cheque status
- To ensure cheques are received from Finance
- Contact students to collect referral cheques or to post them out
- Raise refunds / credit notes
- University Programmes
- Weekly sales report (DSR)
- Compile daily offshore enrolment / student activation
- Issue bridging letters
- Submission of Murdoch Student Photos to ERO
- Class projection
- SMS and Email
- Sales and Marketing Reports
- Compile Sales Reports
- Admin Support to the Sales Directors
- Generate and reconcile salesforce reports
- Other Admin Support
- Answering sales enquiries hotline and to call back missed calls.
- Send out study buddy SMS to newly enrolled students
Requirements
- At least 5 years of administrative experience will be advantageous
- Good communication skill in English is a must
- Familiarity with MS Office software will be strongly preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field
OTHER INFORMATION
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
Location: Singapore (Central Area Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
