Job Description:

• Provide financial advice to clients through offering wealth management solutions, such as insurance, structured deposits, loans and unit trusts
• Play an active part in planning campaigns across the bank or within the branch
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with clients

Week 1: 13 Feb to 16 Feb (4 days, Thur to Sun)
Week 2: 21 Feb to 23 Feb (3 days, Fri to Sun)
Week 3: 28 Feb to 2 Mar (3 days, Fri to Sun)
Week 4: 6 Mar only (1 day only, Thur)

Working hours (rotating shift)
AM shift: 10am to 4pm
PM shift: 4pm to 10pm

Role:

• New product launch from a skincare brand in America
• Promote skincare and beauty product launch
• Assisting customers with product testing
• Keep the front of house neat and tidy
• May have brand activation withs KOL to assist in meet and greet and to produce content for social.

Job Description:

• Develop Intelligent Collaboration & Intelligent vision product knowledge to provide solution (Meeting & Smart Classroom) and technical support to end customer/ channel partner.
• Conduct Proof-of-Concept and product demonstration.
• Product solution and technical presentation.
• Provides training to end customer/ channel partner.
• Gather customer feedback on product issues and recommendation for product improvements.
• Identify customer problems and provide relevant solution.
• Maintain positive partner and end user relationships.
• Work closely with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs.
• May assist in the selection and set up of specialized test equipment.
• Other adhoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification, B. SC in computer science/engineering/telecommunication/information technology with distinction. Huawei HCIA/HCIP or other IT certification will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networking, proficiency in using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Familiarity with H323 or SIP protocol.
• Familiarity with Linux operating system and basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with Extron and Crestron devices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Strong market analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Good teamwork skills, capable of coordinating with multiple departments.
• Self-initiative to take the responsibility of task and learn new products/technologies
