Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Training Providers (TPs) applying for funding from SSG have basic registration and quality standards;
• Regulating the Private Education Institutions (PEIs) in accordance with the Private Education Act 2009 and its subsidiary legislations;
• Lead inspections on TPs and PEIs to ensure compliance with the Private Education Act and Regulations and SSG requirements;
• Investigate complaints and reports of non-compliance, and take enforcement action against the PEIs/TPs;
• Undertake reviews of legislation, regulatory framework or operational policies;
• Leverage data analytics to drive the development of innovative tools and processes, to enhance operational efficiency and compliance efforts.

[What we are looking for]

• Tertiary qualification 
• Candidates without the required qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Prior work experience in regulation, enforcement, investigations or operations will be an advantage
• Meticulous and have a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work both independently and as an effective team player
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment

Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure

[What you will be working on]

• Plan and conduct user research and design processes for digital products and projects

• Create user stories, personas and storyboards and user journey

• Perform UX assessment (heuristic evaluation, review data from various sources, audit website)

• Propose recommendations for website feature and product enhancements

• Design prototype and iterate ideas for UI design (wireframes, mockups)

• Work closely across teams with internal and external project managers

• Conduct usability testing when necessary

[What we are looking for]

• Passionate about UX/UI design

• Have experience in articulating ideas and designs

• Have at least 3-4 years of experience in UX/UI design, research and analysis, design thinking and website development work

• Proficient in analysing qualitative and quantitative data, especially web analytics using Adobe Analytics

• Well versed in user interface design tools and design software like Photoshop, Illustrator

• Ability to navigate complex processes and simplify them for UX/UI improvements

• A team player and committed to work assigned

• ​Can work well under pressure and given timelines
