• Ensure all assets are optimised for performance and quality across various mobile devices
• Assist in maintaining an efficient art pipeline, ensuring assets are organized and meet technical requirements

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support the Concept team and helps with game concept art creation.
• Create high quality production concepts, that may include Environment, Character, Creature, and mech/props.
• Maintaining a consistent quality of work while staying on schedule.
• Creating detailed concept designs specific to the brief such as 2D drawings or 3D renders.
• Work with feedback from the Concept art lead to iterate and achieve visual direction.

Requirements

• 2- 3 years’ experience working in game development, Concept design with at least 1 shipped title preferable.
• Strong proficiency with 2D creation software such as Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of 3D (Maya, Blender).
• Strong foundation in the traditional arts, including figure drawing, landscape painting and illustration.
• Self-motivated, good communication skills, and a great team-player with a positive attitude.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Solicits feedback frequently; accepts critiques and uses feedback to improve work.
• Able to create presentable design idea variations.
• Able to work in multiple artistic styles.
