• Must be able to do AP and AR
• In charge of the Accounts Department
• Bank reconciliation
• P & L and Balance Sheet
• Accounts schedule
• Call debtors for payment, prepare debtors' aging report
• Knowledge of different mode of receipt of payments via a different gateway, Visa, Nets, Giro etc
• Issue of invoices, quotations and order processing
• Experience in handling retail outlets accounts
• Handle year-end stock take and audit queries
• Provide accounts/admin assistance to the Accounts/Admin Dept.
