• Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as sales, ROI, ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and customer acquisition cost.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure Amazon advertising strategies are integrated with overall marketing initiatives.
• Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and strategies to drive innovation and improve performance.
• Implement best practices for campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

In three months:

• Strong understanding of client business model

• Build professional relationship with teams and lead performance driven strategies with clients
• A keen understanding on the various platforms and systems which power eCommerce media

In six months:

• Independently provide Ecom & Influencer solutions towards ad-hoc request from clients
• Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges in regards to Amazon & Influencers
• Mentor Interns and assist in leading a small-scale project (identify needs, formulate ideas into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager
• Improved workflow efficiencies across the teams
• Be on top of all the betas and innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate and share with internal and external stakeholders and how it could be relevant and useful to them
• Driving cross-channel synergy – Connect the power across Media & Brand Teams

In 12 months:

• Be comfortable in developing proposals and preparing Influencer & Amazon media strategies in line with the overall campaign
• Be able to lead and provide strategic insights on Amazon & Influencer matters
• Be confident in taking part in pitches whilst working together with the rest of the agency

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good understanding of all Influencer Media
• Experience in managing multi market campaigns (globally / regionally)
• Proven record of success in running audience-based/performance driven/direct response campaigns
• Comfortable using Microsoft excel/automated dashboards, etc. – An analytical mind that is creative as well as data driven to identify trends/patterns and insights
• Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, decisively organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports
• Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
• Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business

Job Resoibsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc
• Assist in investor reporting, partner capital account statements, capital calls, distribution, equalization notices and client reporting are prepared and disseminated correctly
• To provide support in multiple asset classes and funds

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in fund houses and fund administrators)
• Strong knowledge of report standards including IFRS, SFRS and RAP 7.
• Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Managing the sales and marketing of Superabsorbent Polymers to Japanese multinational accounts in South and Southeast Asia.
