An Overview

In our Shared Services department, we empower non-profits and social enterprises by providing affordable and professional services that are critical for their daily operations, such as bookkeeping, donation tracking, accounting to payroll and human resources support. By bridging this gap, we believe our social organisations are enabled to fulfil their social missions and scaletheir social impact.

We are currently looking for a Shared Services Accounts Associates, who will be responsible for assigned client portfolio as well as Internal Finance/Admin portfolio. You will be working together with our Client Services Managers / Assistant Managers / Executives to provide accounting, HR, and financial process improvement services to our non-profit and social enterprise clients. Your job role will cover:

External client-facing scope:
