• Issue tickets, hotels, tours, and transfers through both online and offline company sources
• Handle the quotation, reservation, and issuance of group tickets

• Communicate with clients via phone or email to understand their travel needs and sell Domestic/Outbound Tour Packages

Job Responsibilities:

Requirement:

• Familiarity with WSQ ATO procedures and frameworks, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledgeable about office management and SSG procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.

• Establish and maintain a prominent profile with clients/intermediaries
