1. Full set of management accounts, unaudited financial statements or consolidated financial statements and business activity reports
2. Perform financial accounting and corporate reporting activities;
3. Prepare and submit GST return and tax computations

You will also contribute as a team member, assuming shared responsibilities, providing support and managing effective communication with fellow colleagues on a regular basis.

Finally, you are responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Job Requirements:

● Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification under the ACCA, ICAEW and SCA schemes

Job Description:

• Performs data entries, prepares, and assists in day-to-day operations in accounting
• Handle payment processing by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Identify any irregularities and perform fact-checks during invoice processing.
• Participate in regular cash audits and inventory stocktakes at our retail outlets
• Perform financial-related administrative matters (proper document records keeping etc)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
• 1 year of relevant working experience (Candidates with no relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Organised, meticulous and able to work within deadlines

· At least 2 years(s) of working experience in accounting

· Full / Partial of Accounts experience (eg: GL, AP, AR, Bank reconciliation & etc)

· Send out SOA to clients to follow up overdue payment.

· Prepare monthly overhead, salary and supplier payment.

· Preparing monthly petty cash

· Assist on simple HR task (guidance will be provided)
