The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Front Counter Concierge Service – Perform reception duties such as handling telephone and walk-in enquiries/requests from students, parents, vendors and other stakeholders, issuing keys and forms (e.g. GIRO, FAS application forms) to students/parents.

2. Attend to injured/sick students, provide basic first aid to injured students and compile injuries log. Accompany the injured student in an ambulance to hospital, serve as the main point of contact for the injured and leave the hospital only upon handing over the student to his/her parent/guardian.

4. An Overview

In our Shared Services department, we empower non-profits and social enterprises by providing affordable and professional services that are critical for their daily operations, such as bookkeeping, donation tracking, accounting to payroll and human resources support.
