- Prepare detailed project management and construction schedules for construction, restoration and refurbishment projects.

- Supervise the Construction Managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.

- Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within the budget.

- To help create, implementation of systems and processes to guarantee cost and timeline efficiencies & reporting practices etc.

- To create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly projects snapshots and action plan.

- To Coordinate and manage Architects, Designers, Consultants, Purchase & Admin personnel, Technical Teams, Contractors, Vendors, Supervisors etc.

- Ensure a strong reporting system as per requirements of senior management and track the same.

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

Qualification:

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure all event elements are aligned and executed smoothly.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans, ensuring adherence to all deadlines and financial constraints.
• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, clients, and partners.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication, providing regular updates and reports on event progress and sponsorship status.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the planning and execution phases.
