Who we are looking for

As our Head of Operations/Operation Manager, you will spearhead our operations teams, ensuring optimal performance and the successful implementation of water treatment projects across various regions. This role demands an individual adept in operations management within the water treatment or related industries.

What you will be doing

Operations Leadership:

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day functions of the operation and field teams.
• Implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Set and monitor KPIs for across the operations team to ensure high quality operations delivery

Team Management:

• Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including mechanical, electrical, site engineers, and project managers.
• Promote team development and ensure a high level of competence and motivation.

Project Execution and Oversight:

• Manage the manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Supply Chain and Vendor Management:

• Oversee procurement, quality checks and logistics for parts and components from international vendors.
• Manage supply chain processes for seamless operations.

Maintenance and Quality Control:

• Implement maintenance schedules and protocols for ongoing projects.
• Enforce quality control measures and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address operational concerns.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in operational management, preferably in water treatment or similar industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hand’s on involvement with the day to day operations
• Strong process driven mentality and detail oriented.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned regions.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation and a desire to positively impact the world, and an interest to make a difference in the water space

• Filing and upkeep of documents.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of working/exposure in ERP environment or automated accounting software - preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

• Education requirements : Diploma/ Bachelors Degree.

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in accounts department preferably in a trading company.
