JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide regular reports to senior management on leasing activity, market trends, and financial performance.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the retail leasing landscape in Singapore.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and property management, to create cohesive strategies that enhance the overall retail environment.
• Conduct financial analyses, including rent roll projections, to evaluate potential leasing opportunities and assess the financial impact on the property.
