Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Healthcare/ Medical (O&G Clinic)
• Position Title: Clinic Assistant
• Working Location: Mount E Orchard
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30 am-5.30 pm; Sat 8.30 am-12.30 pm)
• Salary: Up to $3000 + OT Pay + AWS + Medical Benefits + 18 days annual leave
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Registration of patients, scheduling appointments, dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
• General administrative duties in the clinic assigned by the clinic supervisor/manager
• Updating of medical billings/invoices
• Responsible for monthly stock-taking of drugs and consumables
• Assisting Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
• Other duties as assigned by the doctor from time to time.
