Responsibilities:

Building Merchandising Strategy

• Partner with VP Merchandising on the annual merchandising strategy; provide strategic vision with a 3-year perspective and elevate the Asia Merchandising Roadmap
• Leverage Key Account relationships in Asia to drive negotiations
• Partner with the merchants in China, South East Asia/Pac, and New Markets to develop comprehensive briefs by utilizing compelling storytelling techniques
• Partner with cross-functional teams, execute pilot programs, recap learnings and develop recommendations / next steps

New Business Development

• Analyse all elements of the Sephora business (brands, categories, markets) to identify emerging trends and areas of opportunity; deliver key insights to merchandising leadership team
• Identify under-developed categories within Sephora Asia and articulate proposals for investing in specified categories
• Build a seed strategy; track category development opportunities across China, South East Asia/Pac and New Markets; report on the areas for seed planting and their progress
• Evaluate new brands and work with merchants to make new product introductions
• In collaboration with the VP Merchandising China, prepare for the transition away from animal testing requirement in China

Regional & Global Collaboration and Planning

Support VP in preparation for and participation in:

• Strategic Planning and Merchandise Budget Plan meetings
• Merchandising monthly highlights reports
• Global Merchandising meetings
• Annual Asia meeting
• Merchandise operations meetings
• Prepare and present Trend presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or other related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the beauty industry and/or a keen passion for beauty
• You’re on top of what’s hot, new, and trending in make-up, fragrance, and skincare
• You have experience leading complex negotiations
• You can lead through influencing
• You are an analytical and creative thinker with an ability to foster new opportunities to grow the business
• You have strong verbal and written communications in English (required); second language proficiency will be an advantage while interacting with stakeholders across Greater China and Southeast Asia

Project Manager (PM)

The PM is responsible to ensure the project completion is within the specified time frame, budget, and quality in accordance to the statutory requirements. The PM will protect and minimize Company’s liability and all-risks exposure when managing the project operations on-site. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing overall performance responsibility and accountability for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities may include the following, but not limited to:

• Oversee the entire project operations from conception to completion including handover to Clients including but not limited to quality, safety, cost and budget management
• Provide directions on planning, tracking, change control, risk and issue management
• Manage project team resources for efficient deployment and project cost management
• Manage project stakeholders, including client,project resources and subcontractors
• Manage client expectation through project status update meetings, documentation and project reporting tools
• Liaise effectively with clients, other contractors and relevant authorities.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
• Leverage industry knowledge to analyze and assess gaps and provide recommendations for remediation
• Identify project risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies, recommends policy and procedure improvements
• Conversant with local codes, regulations and procedures
• Demonstrate leadership, take ownership of projects handled and all related works

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or equivalent
• Minimum of 20 years' working experience in mega civil infrastructure project
• Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting and scheduling in order to fully understand project implications
• Minimum 10 years of LTA construction experience in MRT projects in management position or equivalent capacity
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with client and team members including Head Office management located overseas.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential
• Able to adapt and prioritize and able to meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The role will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights and recommendations for our data-driven decision-making in HR. The role will also engage with business, leaders and data scientists to elevate the use of HR data analytics, by developing and implementing analytics solutions that support HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze employee data across various HR systems to provide actionable insights.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports and answer "How To" questions.
• Leverage statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify workforce trends and forecast future talent needs.
• Engage and collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand their needs on data-driven insights by leading and facilitating discussions with them, consolidating inputs and providing recommendations on applying people analytics.
• Address strategic HR needs such as employee engagement, talent identification and retention, skills assessment, workforce planning etc. through people analytics
• Thoroughly explore and utilize product features of Visier, a People Analytics platform, including GenAI, Large Language Model (LLM), and training/finetuning of the capabilities.
• Manage roll-out activities such as training sessions and "Office Q&A" sessions.
• Update visuals and narrations in storyboard.
• Address users’ queries to gain deeper insights into the data.

Requirements

Role and Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Check on staff punctuality and discipline

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
