Roles & Responsibilities
* To ensure the efficiency and smooth operations of the outlet; handle and resolve all operational issues and activities.
* To display a hands-on approach at all times to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Assist to prepare and pack fresh flower arrangements and other materials required for daily maintenance, floral set ups which includes preparing floral containers, required props, floral foam and floral carts for storage, refrigeration and delivery
Assist to deliver flower arrangements, and touch up flowers if there are any placements arranged beforehand
Assist to do daily routine maintenance, or as and when required to ensure flowers remain in good condition
Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by superiors
