Architectural Assistant

$2,500 to $3,500

Monthly

Role & Responsibilities:

¬ Produce architectural working drawings.

¬ To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team.

¬ To liaise and source products from suppliers.

¬ Review and check drawings for compliance with authorities' requirements.

¬ Preparation and completion of tender documents and specifications.

¬ Resolve problems that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

¬ Degree and/or Diploma from a recognised university.

Technical requirements:

¬ Good competence in Rhino (3D and 2D), Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), competence in D5 is a plus.

• Provide operational support in the assigned function
• Ensure all medical records are managed under strictest confidentiality and security.
• The Staff is expected to be proficient in the use of electronic systems and Microsoft Office programmes (e.g. Excel, Word) to support daily operational functions of Medical Records Office (MRO) .
• The Staff is expected to assist and provide advice to both internal and external parties with regards to medical records related processes.
• Register and process medical report requests, including cashier function for medical report payment.
• Follow-up with doctors on incomplete medical report requests.
• Execute administrative duties pertaining to all medical report requests (including follow-up on email correspondence and quality check on completed medical reports)
• Manage and resolve urgent and/or difficult cases to ensure that medical reports reach requestor within the stipulated timeline
• Retrieve medical records to facilitate report writing and/or records duplication requests from law firms and government agencies

• Min Diploma in any discipline

JOB SCOPE:
• Follow all laboratory protocols and policies in checking specimens (e.g. blood, stool, urine, etc) received & make sure that names tally with the request forms for testing.
• Assist in the care and maintenance of lab work area, furnishings & equipment.
• Follow test requirements of reference laboratory & procure appropriate specimen for testing.
• Perform bar coding samples & processes laboratory specimens received from patients under prescribed laboratory guidelines.
• Utilize lab information system (LIS) to register patients, retrieve results & print reports.
• Maintains adequate level of supplies in the work area.
• Receives requested stock items & distributes them to the appropriate place within the laboratory
• Aliquoting of urine samples
