Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Project Director, he/she is responsible for the successful completion of a project, specialising only in lighting deliverables.
• Ensure all paperwork and material submissions are verified, well presented and submitted timely.
• Strong co-ordination and good people management skills, being able to communicate effectively verbally and written, with all relevant stake holders such as consultants, architects, designers, electrical contractors, end-users, relevant authorities and suppliers.
• Overall management of the project with respect to contractual obligations, budgets, and internal resources to ensure project is successfully completed.
• Lead project team on the implementation and execution of works necessary to complete the project.
• Enjoy working in a non-conforming environment where new challenges might suffice and have the ability to problem solve in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Provide timely updates to management on project status.
• Attend site meetings for all projects including concerns during project DLP.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience in lighting/electrical engineering.
• Experience in lighting industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge in Autocad, Dialux, Relux software is advantageous.

JOB DESCRIPTION

a. OVERALL JOB SCOPE

· To service existing clients to ensure clients’ requirements are satisfactorily met.

· To work closely with clinic managers, doctors & staff and encourage them to send more specimens.

· To be responsible for promoting our service to new and existing clinics to increase business volume.

· To be responsible in debts collection from clinics with outstanding invoices.

b. SALES ADMINISTRATION

· To aggressively promote laboratory services to clients to increase samples volume.

· To provide and coordinate sales administration, samples collection and reports generation.

· To enhance knowledge on new tests so as to promote to clinics & clients.

· To work closely with the Regional Operations & Development Manager/Marketing Manager.

· Any other duties to be assigned from time to time by the management.

c. PERIODIC REPORTS

· To submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Regional Operations & Development Manager/Group President & CEO and directors on the status of marketing activities carried out by you.

· Willing to work in clinic environment and outdoor clinic’s visiting

· Enjoy interacting with clinic’s staff and doctors

· Preferably with 1 - 2 years experience in medical/clinical related industries.

Job Responsibilities

-Responsible for reviewing of lease documents, contracts, and tenancy schedule prepared by the team.

-Collate and prepare monthly management reports for submission.

-Responsible for audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.

-Oversee arrears management process to ensure arrears ratio is low, prepare arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.

-Supervise the team in the tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.

-Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost.

-Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants and attend to all feedbacks/requests promptly.

-Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external parties

-Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by leasing manager and management

Requirements

- Have reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects i.e. tunnel structure, viaduct structure etc.

- Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment

- A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate, or

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience (tunnel structure, viaduct structure etc.) in the design (min. 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures
